Description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This system is is the most common CZ (Czochralski) method crystal grower using the resistance heating .
Putting a seed crystal in the melt within the crucible, then grows the single crystal by pull-up and rotation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our ADC (Automatic Diameter Control) system controls the crystal diameter automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
