crystal.\u00a0The\u00a0low-temperature\u00a0region\u00a0is formed in the\u00a0silicon melt upper,\u00a0growing\u00a0ingot\u00a0by\u00a0pulling up the\u00a0silicon crystal\u00a0continuously\u00a0using
