Dai-ichi Kiden recognizes the maintenance and promotion of employee health as a key management priority.
Based on the “Health and Productivity Management Declaration” by the Japan Health Insurance Association, we have been promoting a comfortable and supportive workplace environment.
In recognition of our continuous efforts, we obtained the “Health and Productivity Management Silver Certification” in 2026.
