Description
This system is is the most common CZ (Czochralski) method crystal grower using the resistance heating .
Putting a seed crystal in the melt within the crucible, then grows the single crystal by pull-up and rotation.
Our ADC (Automatic Diameter Control) system controls the crystal diameter automatically.
